In 2008 The Sultan of Brunei paid $24,000 for the world's most expensive haircut, but in 2005 my insurance company paid more than that and I ended up with this.
Seriously though, they didn't even get rid of my split ends.
Since then hair length has been quite the struggle for me. I cut it short so my hair would grow back normal and have yet to be able to grow it as long as it was before; I get so tired of the in between phase when I'm growing it out that I cut it. I've been growing my hair out since I cut it last August and when my family came up I had Bethany trim the ends, mostly because they were all split. My goal is to keep growing it out until I graduate next April, we'll see how well that works out, but being poor is on my side because I don't have the money to pay for one.
Reasons for Rant
-My hair is not only short because I like to cut it, but it grows rather slowly. Last summer my roommate cut her hair shorter than mine at the beginning of the summer and by the end of the summer it was longer than mine.
-There are no Harry Potter characters with super blonde short hair, which makes it hard for me to dress up, no worries though I am dressing up as Fleur Delacour when she was participating in the tri-wizard tournament and Katie put my hair in a french style bun. (I found an awesome baby blue sweatsuit at DI...Perfect!)
-Katie just cut her hair and I'm jealous, she has spunky hair now and is dressing up as Tonks. There will be pictures, no need to worry.
