Hair Experiment

So I am determined to grow out my hair, but I was at the point where my hair was driving me crazy so I decided I needed to do something to it. So Katie and I went to walmart and we got a highlighting kit and decided we would try highlighting my hair. I had never done anything to my hair color so it was a exciting and nerve racking to do this. So after we demolished the Utes, we tried bleaching my hair. Experiment-bleaching already bleach blonde hair. Result-Nothing happened. Part of it was probably because we didn't leave it in long enough, however I doubt there would have been really noticeable results unless we fried my hair. But it was one thing to check of my list of things I've never done.
