Dinner Group

So one of the many amazing things about BYU 61st ward is this thing they call dinner group. They usually have at least 8 people and you switch nights cooking, so Monday thru Thursday you have a good home cooked meal and you only have to cook once every 2 weeks. It also makes it a little easier because there are some recipes you want to make but it makes a ton, so then you end up eating it for the next two weeks, with this you don't have that problem. Last semester I was in a dinner group but I didn't go very often because I was busy at the time that we had it, so this semester I didn't join one (even though I was recruited to be in it) because I thought it would be a similar situation to last year. Well my nights ended up not being as busy and I was missing not having dinner group, and I mentioned this to a friend. She got really excited because someone had just dropped out of her dinner group and they were looking for someone to fill the spot. So Sunday night I get a call from a guy in my ward and he asks if he can come over, he comes and gives me a recruiting speech and spent 15 min trying to convince me of it. There are 12 people in the group and it is a "gourmet" group; apparently only good cooks are invited. I then went to a birthday party that had other members of the dinner group and they all insisted it was a good idea to join. So I did. I cooked today and we had Enchiladas, Beans, Rice and Salsa which if I do say so myself was rather delicious. I only have to cook one more time and I get tasty meals other people make for the next 6 weeks, I would say it's a pretty darn good deal. However, enchiladas is the only recipe I cook that makes a lot, so if anyone has ideas of what would be good to make next time I would appreciate the input.
