Everyone knows I love to bake, so I got a job at Kneaders. It's a Utah chain that makes sandwiches and desserts. I have orientation and training starting tomorrow. I'm starting off as just a cashier (I know a job I could have got in high school) but they told me that if there was a spot available they would give me the opportunity to work with pastries, which they will want to do. It's kind of my fault I didn't push harder to get a job in the kitchen, all I told them was that I love to bake and let's be honest half of the girls I BYU "love to bake", what they don't know is that on top of school/prepping for finals I decided to make 300 cream puffs for a guys wedding who I've only really talked to 3 times.
So when I made all of Cassie's cream puffs I met this boy who already knew how to make cream puffs and I recruited him to help me, which he did and then I never really talked to him again after that, even though he sat behind me in Biochem this semester. That was up until a week and a half ago when he messaged me on Facebook asking if I could make cream puffs for for his wedding reception. I felt like I kinda of owed it to him because he was such a help to me in August and that brings me to making almost 400 cream puffs in the past week (I took some to Eagle Mountain on Sunday). My awesome friend, James, (finally I mentioned his name, although I didn't mention that he was always over at my house, or the word boy in front of friend or that we were kissing buddies, or that he told me he loved me that night 2/28/13) helped me last night and we knocked out 150 in 3 hours and then I made the rest today, I didn't have any help today (James had left on a trip for track) so it took a little longer.
