Although Good comes first in the title I'm going to start with the bad so you don't leave this blog post with the idea that I'm not happy with life, because that is simply not the case. So here we go!
The BAD/SAD
I do not have internet at my apartment, which makes blogging and randomly finding recipes online kind of difficult.
Everyone is back in Provo and the roads are ridiculous
I've had to postpone golfing 3 times and have not yet gone golfing
My favorite college volleyball player injured his Achilles tendon and might not play this year. Even after an awesome win over Utah by BYU women's soccer, this news made me sad.
I have a tiny fridge and little cabinet space (this does not mesh well with my love to cook)
The UNDECIDED (I'm not yet sure how I feel about these topics, we'll have to see how it pans out before I make a decision)
Well there is the obvious that I'm taking classes focused on a specific area and yet I have no idea what I want to do with my life.
My new ward starts at 1:00 and we have Sacrament Meeting last. It's a little strange. Also my meetings are now in the MARB which is the science building and so my church meetings are in the same rooms of past and recent classes. I'm hoping my previous association with these rooms won't hinder my spiritual growth.
I have 5/6 classes on Mon/Wed but I don't have any classes Tue/Thur (besides tennis but I'm not going to count that as a class)
The GOOD
This past weekend I had a Psych party. We watched Psych while we ate Jerk Chicken, Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes and Kit Kats.
I have awesome new roommates!
I'm going golfing tonight.
I am completely unpacked and my apartment is decorated (in my completely unbiased opinion it's really cute, if you don't believe me feel free to come by and make a decision for yourself. I might even make you a tasty treat if given enough notice)
I made Peanut Butter Popcorn last night for dessert night and ate the leftovers for a snack during my genetics class and my cognition class.
I have a friend in almost every class. I still need one for my marketing class but I'm sure I will find one.
The first football game is on Saturday, and we are going to watch BYU dominate Ole Miss.
Gald you were able to post. I enjoyed our visit last night. It's always good to hear from you. PS - the small script is difficult for these old eyes to read.
