Boise, ID...I need a map.

I really do need maps because I have very little sense of direction and since it wasn't UT (who is on the grid system) I had no idea where I was. Good thing Katie was navigating.

So I was a little stressed at and after Cassie's wedding.
The wedding was great but a week that consists of a final, an 8 page paper, 300 rice crispy treats, 200 cake balls, 125 fruit tarts and 500 cream puffs,  nights with only 4 hours of sleep, a grumpy landlord that wouldn't take the time to see if I could move in early (she didn't seem to care that I would be homeless for a week) and some girly hormones results in tears.

And when my roommate Katie walked in at 8:00 in the morning the day of the Purvis Party and my face was covered in a solution of NaCl that had somehow escaped from the tear ducts in my eyes, she insisted she was taking me to Boise with her.

So we cleaned (actually my VT did the first part of cleaning because she's amazing and kind of a big deal) and packed and cleaned and packed and cleaned and convinced boys they should put our big boxes into the truck for us and cleaned and packed and cleaned. Then we left for Boise.

On our way to Boise I saw LOTS of corn, smelled lots of cows, saw a beautiful sunset (imo it wasn't as great as Arizona's but still good), a dry lightening storm, a fire that the lightening started, and a REAL river (according to Katie, I still think Arizona has real rivers they just don't have water).

I continued to cry the whole time we were in Boise, but they were reflux tears not emotional ones. Yep, I'm allergic to Idaho but that didn't stop me from a having an awesome time.
Monday we took a long nap in the park(we were embracing our title of homeless, although we were most definitely they cleanest and cutest vagrants you've ever seen), we also went horseback riding but I ended up on the back of a horse riding double because the horse I was on was limping.
Tuesday was camping in Sagehen with Katie's family; mostly I slept the whole time but I did smell a couple trees on the fairy trail and paddled a canoe like Lewis and Clark.
Wednesday I showered and napped, it was heavenly.
Thursday we went to Target and got awesome flip flops on clearance (the ones I was previously wearing I had for years and had melted the bottom plastic on a campfire), visited Boise State and saw the smurf turf and a big poster of Lute and Bobby Olsen (they're too amazing to only have influence in Arizona), went swimming and hiked table rock.
Friday we went horseback riding again so I could try riding by myself, apparently I'm not to good at that because I fell of and now I'm bruised and sore. I currently walk like an old lady. We also explored downtown Boise.

I'm so thankful for my roommates family being willing to put up for me while I was homeless. I'm back in UT and get to move in to my new apartment tomorrow. I'm a little excited to no longer be homeless, but not too excited to move my stuff and unpack.

I'll try to put in pictures later but I have to get them from other people because I didn't bring my camera.
