I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE

Today was my temple day this week. One of my favorite things about Utah is all of the temples. Since coming up here my love for the temple has grown. I set aside time weekly to go and do baptisms and as I serve those who have passed before me it provides me with incredible blessings. My weeks run smoother, and my tasks don't seem as hard when I take time to visit the Lord's house. I feel closer to those I knew who are now on the other side, I feel like I am providing them people to teach or helping complete the missionary work they are doing.
When I went home for a visit in at the end of April I was able to go to the Mesa temple and do baptisms while my mom went in and did a session, I was also able to go through the Gila Valley Open House.
All temples are closed twice a year for cleaning so when the Provo temple closed for 5 weeks I decided I was going to visit all of the temples between Provo and Salt Lake, I ended this venture by bringing family names and doing baptisms with my roommates in the Salt Lake Temple.
From the end of April to the end of August I was able to go in 8 different temples, my roommates and I also went to the Manti Temple Pageant although we did not have enough time to go and do baptisms.
