I know I'm way behind, but it's not only my blog I'm still slowly working on Thank You cards, I knock a couple out and then I feel like I'm no longer sincere and so I have to take a break slow process. I promise I will get them out and that we are incredibly grateful for all of our gifts, it just takes time. Our wedding was like most everyone else's a wonderful perfect day. And I'm so grateful for my family and all of the work and love they put in to make it wonderful.

For our 'Honeymoon' (a patient told me what the origin of this term was, according to him it used to be believed that honey was an aphrodisiac and they would give you a moons time to prove it by giving you honey for your wedding and you should be pregnant within a moons time, needless to say we didn't have a honeymoon and thankfully I'm not pregnant) we slowly made our way back to Provo. We spent a couple days in Phoenix and on Thanksgiving we ran in a Fun Run, in which James just did his routine run and beasted us all. We then traveled through Snowflake, stayed the night and went to the Snowflake temple. After that we drove to St. George (in which I got my first speeding ticket, a wonderful way to start a marriage, I didn't even know what the speed was, I was going down a hill and following the car in front of me...ugh) we also went to the St. George temple where we saw President Uchtdorf coming out of the temple right as we were driving away after we finished our session. Then came back to Provo.
In December we went to Fair Oaks for our Open House and Christmas. My parents, Shelby and Bethany came out to CA and Bethany went through the temple in Sacramento, it was a great experience and when we walked in the worker asked if we would be the witness couple so I got to sit next to Bethany in the front as she received her endowment.
Last little thought. I'm not a fan of the term in Law. I've decided I want to call all of James's family as if they were born my siblings and parents. With a temple marriage it isn't just a law agreement that makes them my siblings but an eternal commitment. They are my sisters, brothers and parents. Sealings bind us all together and I love it!
Also I've been looking back at my blog and making some edits. There are some blogs that I posted where James and I had been dating but I was to nervous about commitment that I didn't want to make James a big part of the blog. I've made side notes for anyone that wants to go back and look. As I was reading the blogs I can tell how incredibly happy I was so be dating James and that happiness just continues to grow.
